१) नेपालमा रहेका विश्व विद्यालयहरुका सूची तयार पार्नुहोस र कुनै एकको बारेमा वर्णन गर्नुहोस् ।
List out the universities of Nepal and describe one of them.

Tribhuvan University
Tribhuvan University is the first national institution of higher education in Nepal. Established in 1959 AD (2016 BS), the central campus of TU is situated in Kirtipur, a small town located near Kathmandu city. Tribhuvan University has 38 central departments and 4 research centres. Spread over 154.477 hectare area, TU is a non-profit making autonomous institution funded by the government of Nepal.

३। नर्सिङ पेशाको महत्व बारे प्रकाश पार्नुहोस् I
llustrate the importance of nursing profession.
Nursing is a health care profession that involves caring for the sick or injured. A nursing professional is known as “Nurse”. Every health care department has a nurse to create a positive atmosphere for faster recovery of the patients.
Nurses help people and their families cope with illness, deal with it, and if necessary live with it, so that other parts of their lives can continue. Nurses do more than care for individuals. They have always have been at the forefront of change in health care and public health.
The major role of a nurse is to monitor the condition of patients suffering form physical or psychological problems and administer prescribed medication at regular intervals. Nursing course is rated as one of the noble and respected professions.
Nursing is one of the rewarding professions you can choose. Besides taking care of the patients, a nurse will get an opportunity to work with the latest technology in the field of medicine. The demand for nurses is growing rapidly due to shortages in the nursing field. The pay scale is also much higher than ever before.

garments,and textiles industry are the most famous industry in my locality .
its  four contribution to social development are:

1. Giving employment opportunities to the local peopls.
2. Utilization of local resources.
3. Source of national income.
4. Giving funding for local programmes
5. Preservation of local art and cultures.


५। कुनै ४ प्रश्नको उत्तर दिनुहोस् । ५४४= २०

Give answer of any four questions.

क) बेमौसमी तरकारी खेती गर्ने कुनै ५ वटा तरिकाहरु लेख्नुहोस् । ५
Write any five methods of doing off-seasonal vegetable farming.
a. Vegetable Farming in Plastic Sheds/huts.
b. Vegetable Farming in Plastic Tunnel.
c. Use of Plastic Bags
d. Terrace farming

ख। फलफुलको बोट काटछाट गर्दा हुने फाइदाहरु लेख्नुहोस् । ५
Write the advantages of trimming fruit plants.
the advantages of trimming fruit plants are:
• Encourages growth.

• Boosts fruit production.

• Protects against tree-related diseases.

• Eliminates dangerous branches.

• Improves the look of your garden.


ग) मासुको मो मो कसरी बनाइन्छ कमैसँग लेख्नुहोस् ५
How is meat mo:mo: prepared ? Write in sequence.
INGREDIANTS : 

• All purpose flour/ maida              –    1  1/2 cup

• Spring onion                                    –    2 small size

• Cabbage                                             –    1 cup Chopped or grated

• Capsicum                                          –    1 (chopped )

• Carrot                                                 –    1 grated

• Ginger Garlic                                    –    2 tsp chopped

• Soya sauce                                         –    1 tsp

• Black pepper                                      –    1/2 tsp

• Oil

• Salt

• Coriander Leaves
• Meat

STEP BY STEP MOMOS RECIPE

Step 1 :  Mix flour, salt and oil  in a bowl and add water to make a smooth dough. Just like our poori dough. Keep aside covered

Step 2 :  Heat a pan with oil, add garlic, ginger. finely chopped white part of the spring onion and Add the chopped veggies and fry in high flame for a minute.

Step 3 :  Add salt,pepper, soya sauce and mix well. Continue to stir fry on high heat.

Step 4 :  Add 1 to 2 tbsp of the spring onions greens and stir fry for a minute. (check the taste and add more salt, pepper or soy sauce, if required). Mix grinded meat with it Let the stuffing cool completely.
Step 5 :  Now shaping the  momos:  Divide the dough into equal portions.Roll in dry flour and roll into small puris keeping the edges thin and the centre thick. Which is shown below.


Step 6 :   Place a portion of stuffing in the centre, fold one end over the other and give it a half moon shape. For another gather the edges and seal together. Do Steps  as show below pics.


Step 7 :  Join all the pleats in the center.  A pleated and shaped momos. Do Steps shown below pics.


Step 8 :  Prepare all momos this way and keep them covered under a moist napkin. till you are ready to steam them.

Step 9 :  Use idli pans or pressure cooker to steam. Steam the veg momos for 10 minutes till the outer cover becomes transparent. (when you touch the momos then dough should not feel sticky to you. this means they are done.

Step 10 :   Serve  Momos with Chutney/sauce Enjoy !!!

The importance of flower in Nepalese society
are:

3.flowers are key components in carrying out various religious , social and cultural activity.

4.flower are crucial in creating wonderful and fresh air within the house.
5.Flower make our house beautiful. It is also used to  create a healthy and fresh environment arround surrounding.
6. It is used to worshiped a god.

ङ) भेडाबाखा तथा च्याङ्ग्रापालन व्यावसायबाट हुने प्रमुख
