People of all religion, caste, culture disregarding of all these variety living peacefully in common trust as a society is called social harmony.


2. How do you maintain good relation with your friend? Write in a sentence.
By keeping cool and listening to him attentively gives him a feeling that I am giving due attention to him.

1. List out the ideas that help in maintaining social harmony in the community.
The ideas that help in maintaining social harmony in the community are:
• It is good to be vulnerable and open to your friends and family.

• Spending quality is another way of maintaining social harmony.

• Connect with neighbors.

• Also participating in social events, like football, church events, social gatherings, small groups.

• Hang out with friends once in awhile.

2. How do you protect your own traditional identity and deal with people belonging to another traditional identity?
I protect my own traditional identity and deal with the people belonging to another traditional identity
i) by building mutual coordination and not considering our identity as the superior one.
ii) We can preserve them by not following bad culture.

iii) We should have a great faith and belief on which we are following.

iv) We should show cooperative and helpful behaviour towards people of another traditional identity.


3. How are the different regions interdependent on each other?
All the 3 regions of Nepal are independent on one another. the rivers flowing from the Himalayas reach Terai that facilitates in the process of irrigation. This in turn helps in the agricultural production. the crops grown in the Terai region is transported and consumed by the people of hills and mountain regions. the electricity produced in hill is being supplied to the Terai. It helps to run factories and industries of terai. so, all parts of the country are dependent to each other and are supporting each other for survival.

4. Is there social harmony in your society? Why?
yes, there is social harmony in our society because the people of different religion are treated equally.they speak different languages and respect other religions.they never quarrel for different religion with each other .they all come together when there is problems .There is no place where people of only one community live.
