I am fine here by the grace of God hope you are also fine there along with your family members. In your last letter you have write about what you have learnt from the life of Florence Nightingale and Mahatma Gandhi. So I also through to exchange what I have learnt from these great personalities.
i have learned that One of Nightingale's most important innovations was her emphasis on hospital cleanliness and sanitation. Her famous "Notes on Nursing," first published in 1859, devotes several sections to cleanliness and patient environment. She went through many hard work and sacrifice. More ever from her I learnt that we should always be ready to help others in need. Forgiveness is a trait of the strong, not the weak. Likewise mathama Gandhi was also famous for his work and sacrifice for peoples. Gandhi always taught people to forgive those who commit wrong and speak harshly. Young people's can learn how to start forgiving people who do wrong and misbehave with you. GandhiWas a great proponent of simple food and discipline.

2. What role did Nightingale play at Scutari hospital in Turkey?
On 4 November 1854, Florence Nightingale
arrived in Turkey with a group of 38 nurses fromEngland. Britain was at war with Russia (the Crimean War 1854-1856) and the conditions in the hospitals were very bad. Hundreds of soldiers were injured in the fighting. In those days, hospitals were very basic and the soldiers were not given good food and medicine to help them get better.
When Florence Nightingale got to the hospital, she saw that wounded men were sleeping in overcrowded, dirty rooms without any blankets. Wounded soldiers often arrived with diseases like typhus, cholera and dysentery. More men died from these diseases than from their
injuries.
She didn't even rest at night. She walked from one patient's bed to the other with a lamp on her hand making sure that everyonewas alright. The soldiers lovingly called her the 'Lady with the Lamp' or 'Lady Bird' and this is how she is recogmized even today. She used to write letters onbehalf of the soldiers letting their families know that they were fine. She was a true friend to them.

Nightingale believed that the main problems were diet, dirt, and drains in the Crimean War. She mainly focus on sanitation of the soldiers. One of Nightingale's first purchases was of 200 Turkish towels; she later provided an enormous supply of clean shirts, plenty of soap, and such necessities as plates, knives, and forks, cups and glasses. she brought food from England, cleaned up the kitchens, and set her nurses to cleaning up the hospital wards. Due to her small - small things the condition of the soldiers of Crimean War was greatly improved. She didn't even rest at night. This is to say that we must not restrict our thinking only to the nitty-gritty's of everyday day tasks. We should think big to bring about positive changes in our lives as well as that of those around us.
The proverb lays emphasis on theimportance of living a simple life devoid of any kind of show off. We must keep a check on our wants and desires. However, when it comes to thinking, it must be big. We must not think only about ourselves but also about those around.
mahatma gandhi, a man of true words,a great leader, a true fighter, who set an example of simple living high thinking for us. non voilence, truth, inspiration, and great leader ship qualities are what come to our mind when we hear his name. he believe in simple living high thinking. he always eat simple food and wears dhoti .that shows his quotations pride. we should also learn from him to be a trustworthy person in our life.
