The Constitution is considered as the Supreme law because it determines the relationship that exists among the people living in a territory and between the people and the government. It determined the structure of government. It contains the fundamental rules that constitute the country and its institutions. The Constitution defines the power of the entities and the limits of that power. It also describes the country's political system.
2.Why this constitution is called a federal democratic republic constitution?
Because Nepal’s governing system divides power between a central government, provincial government and local state governments. Nepal’s lawmakers at central and other levels are elected through adult franchise by giving vote. Nepal’s head of state is a nominated president, by the citizens of nepal

The present constitution is known as Inclusive constitution because it not only defines theframework of the basic political principlesbut also establishes what the governmentinstitutions should do in terms of procedures, powers and duties. So, it's high time for the government and political parties to maintain the esteem that the supreme law of the land deserves.
Article 4 of the new constitution describes the Nepali state as secular, but defines this as meaning 'religious and cultural freedom, along with the protection of religion and customs practised from ancient times'.
5.How can you say the present constitution is prepared according to the people's will and aspiration?
We can say that present constitutionis prepared according to the people's will and aspiration because they have got the right to vote and people are voting to choose the right candidate.The candidates are being chosed because of the vote of people.
